Chief Strategy Officer
Joshua Newman, MD is a family physician and healthcare executive. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Salesforce. As Chief Strategy Officer, he focuses on building systems that support outreach, referral growth, sales effectiveness, and patient support.
Brent Emery, MBA
CO-FOUNDER and ACQUISITION LEAD
Brent Emery is a former US Marine Corps helicopter pilot who served for over a decade before meeting his Alleviate co-founders in business school at UCLA. Brent oversees Alleviate Care’s acquisition strategy and integration.

Jan Jones is a nurse and a leader in the US hospice movement since the 1980s. In her decades of hospice work, she has held several longstanding chief executive roles and board and management positions for large, pioneering hospice organizations.
